Midnight Magic Academy Skin please

Ok, er, this is my first request so....yeah. Anyway, my forum is called Midnight Magic Academy and it's a new Harry Potter based RPG. Before I open it though I want a nice sking that looks good and draws users in. So, here's the request.

I don't want a repeating background, they don't look prefessional to me.

If the colors could be like dark, aqua kind of greens, then that's what I'd like. Kind of like the picture here. Actually, if you could use that picture as a background somehow without it repeating it'd be good. The colors would be like the greenish one there.

I am using the Dynamic PM bar, like the one on here, so I need a "You have no new messages" and a "You have new messages" image too. If possible. Or, if it could say "You have no new owl posts" and "You have new owl posts" that would work. Actually yeah that works.

Menu buttons, er, just whatever looks best with the rest of the skin, and colors.

Head/Base images, maybe a dark green to black gradient or something. Again, whatever looks best.

Could you please not make it look er, high tech I guess? Like this one? Make it magical looking, and somewhat ancient, but not like ruins, if you get it.

On/Off icons, just whatever looks best, but don't make it a huge difference.

I don't want any of the Harry Potter chracters pictures in the skin, so please don't put them there.

The header, just something that looks magical, I wouldn't mind a castle picture, but it has to match with the rest of the skin. Also, please don't make it too big, I don't want people to be scrolling forever.

Er, I'll post a copyright notice at the bottom too, because if someone did this I would be REALLY grateful.

I have your menu buttons, in on/off version and when you use them your menu buttons will have rollover style. here you need just host all on and off buttons in your account in www.photobucket.com
and then use this code in your Global Footer:

remeber you dont need to edit the code or put something in it. you just need to host all of your on and off buttons in your photobucket account, and then just put OFF version in your "modfiy board images"

The background image which I have postedits url for you at the top, you need just to put it as background in "modify Skin" then put this code in your [color\red]Global Header[/color]:
