Hey I’m new to this forum so this is a quick suggest, I suggest that you should give away staff positions to the members that are always active and kind to others. I really don’t think the Moderators/Global-Moderators/Assistants are hardly on, I’ve looked through the members list, so staff don’t take this offensive. Because half of the staff barely posts except the admin herself and that’s the only staff member that posts. So I suggest that the admin send out emails to the staff warning them if they don’t show up in this forum without an explaination, you take away their powers. I know this is harsh, but it will work.
