skin needed please <333

Well I wasnt sure if you make skins for rps other than Harry Potter, so I decided to post a request anyway, and if you dont, feel free to decline. But if you do decline if you could perhaps tell me of a place where they make skins for all kinds of rps?

Anyway - I want a catchy but neat background, pretty like.

Perhaps the colors could be a light blue or gold, i like those colors.

This is the first time ordering a skin, so if you have any problems/questions just let me know and i will try to fix it.

Menu buttons- matching colors along with the background but perhaps has stars or something in it.

Head/Base images: i can make the head image, all you have to do is give me a good color code to base it off of.

I want it to look kind of professional and neat. It can be cute, technical, starry, etc. but just neat.

On/Off icons, doesnt matter to me.

For the background i just want a color of gradient, i dont want any pictures of people in it.
